How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.  Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. 

You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from 3-8 business days (3-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

 

Majority of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours. Once the order is fulfilled, you cannot cancel your order. If you absolutely decide you do not want the order, you can get a store credit to use on another item when the original purchased item is shipped back in the original package that it arrived without being altered.

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at msswalden@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the24 hours of incorrect submission. 

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to msswalden@gmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. 

Yes! we offer international shipping across the world! However, we do not ship in military zones due to security reasons.

Absolutely! Please send an email to msswalden@gmail.com and someone will be happy to assist you. We do receive a large number of emails so please attach your order number and address the problem clearly in order to get a proper response. In the subject line, please write Question from Store.

Yes! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. All products are listed in US dollars; however our system will exchange your currency for your assistance.

We list our products in dollars however; our system exchanges your currency at the time of placing the order.
